Entities Grid

For each entity type, the Entities Grid displays the list of system entities. The grid columns can be customized and include data relevant to the entity type. To learn more about customizing the grid columns, click here.

You can perform various actions in the Entities Grid by by checking a box next to the entity name and using the Entities Toolbar options. 

• Adding a new entity by clicking Add New and opening a new Entity Window. 
• Exporting entity data (applies to all entities on the list, no selection required).
• Cloning an entity
• Displaying entity overview
• Accessing dashboards
• Accessing reports
