Entities Grid Window

The Peak Entities Grid Window includes the following:

1. Top Navigation bar:
   
   1. Menu bar with four menus: Advertisers, Lists, Publishers, Reports
   2. System toolbar 
2. Entities toolbar
3. Filter field
4. Entities Grid with a list of system entities according to the entity type. The title of the grid changes according to the type of entity selected in the menus.
