Using Filters and Metrics


The Entities Grid Window enables you to use different filters and metrics in order to view only specific entities or perform a search according your specific criteria. You can choose to use complex filters or a combination of filters and metrics. To save commonly used filters, click the star icon to the left of the filter bar, to include it under your favorites.  

To choose the entities you want to view, specify the criteria you want to filter them by (like entity properties or performance data) by using only filters or only metrics, as well as a combination of both.

Filtering by metrics is a powerful tool allowing you to improve the entity monetizing performance.  For example, you can easily find demand items that have not generated views last week, Publishers created yesterday that are not sending impressions, and so on

 To use a filter:

  1. Click the downward arrow  on the right side of the filter line. The Filter window is opened.



  2. Enter or select the required parameters according to the available categories and click applyTo enter different parameters or discard the current filter, click Clear All

 To use a metric:

  1. Click the downward arrow  on the right side of the metrics line. The Metrics window is opened.



  2. Enter or select the required parameters according to the available metrics and click apply.  To enter different parameters or discard the current filter, click Clear All

To use a combination of a filter and a metric:

  1. Choose desired filters and click apply.
  2. Choose the desired metrics and click apply.
  3. To enter different parameters or discard the current filter or metric, click Clear All and apply.
  4. You can also use the Clear button to clear all under filters or metrics.

To save a search for reuse:

To save commonly used filters to your list of Favorites:

  1. After you defined a search and applied it, click the blue star icon to the left of the filter bar (it changes to yellow). A Save Filter window is displayed.


     

  2. In the Name field, enter a logical name and click Done.
